If any sort of message box comes up (such as when adding a stop to a trip), that's it, you can't do anything else as the 'ok' button doesn't work. The one time I got it to work and call a car, it wouldn't charge a price and I had to pay cash. Frustrating."

"All dispatchers are rude. Cabs make up their own prices. Whatever price they give you is at least $3 more than what it actually is. The drivers are always on the phone talking to Ecuador or Mexico. And if the guy in the white Honda sedan picks you up. Ask for another cab. Believe me"
